A note from our president
Hello and happy Summer!!!
The TFDA Convention is done, and Leadership is around the corner.
New memberships are needed, and new involvement in the Leadership Conference is vital. Believe me when I tell you, we can affect great change and deliver great things to every client we have if we participate in the planning and process at multiple levels.
We had a great meeting at the convention, and a few quick things were decided. All of that will come out in an email shortly.
Emerging Leaders University will follow Leadership on the calendar, and I’m never going to stop shouting that this is the single-most important place we can invest time, energy, and money. We need to invest in the future leaders of our profession NOW so that when we are needed, they know who to call. I promise you, those of us with the foresight to spend time with the folks who don’t yet make the official decisions are going to be the ones who get the phone calls to change entire product lines in the future. Dance cards are not unlimited in space… do not miss your turn.
The Gathering will be in March – and remember that we are ALL committed to bring 1-3 golfers EACH to come play this one tournament.
No matter the location, and we will absolutely be maintaining that we will ALL be committing to bringing 1-3 golfers EACH to that tournament. Let’s put in the work, all of us, and watch as the network of “watch what we can do” grows and becomes unstoppable.
